Passports, Visas & Travel Advice
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, transit visas and re-entry permits meet the requirements of relevant authorities. For travel advice, contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit Smartraveller.
Liability
We accept no liability for acts, omissions, or defaults—negligent or otherwise—of third-party service providers over whom we have no control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the travel arrangements. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or events beyond our control.
Special Requirements
Please inform us of any special requirements. All requests are subject to airline confirmation and must be reconfirmed with us at least three business days before departure. Requests are not guaranteed. Some airlines may charge additional fees. If an infant turns two years old during travel, child fare and reissue fees will apply for onward, return, or both journeys. It is your responsibility to notify us of such changes. Children traveling with relatives/guardians may require written consent from both parents. Please check with the airline and relevant authorities. A minor must be accompanied by their natural parents at all times. No airline provides transit accommodation.
Frequent Flyers
Please provide your frequent flyer details to your travel consultant. While we will forward these to the airline, we cannot guarantee point accrual. Keep all boarding passes to verify travel if needed.
Passports and Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that your passport, visas, transit visas, and re-entry permits are valid and meet all immigration and government authority requirements. Any fines or costs due to improper documentation are your sole responsibility. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months from entry. Contact the appropriate consulate for visa requirements.
